A recurrent agreement with Force Technology is based on a service agreement, which is elaborated according to your current needs and based on a broad concept of well defined services. Some of our services are listed below:

We prepare statutory energy marks and plans for all buildings with floor space in excess of 1500 m2. As standard we draw up a more comprehensive report which starts where legislation stops. 

We provide guidance and advice on the setting up of energy control systems, either via online data collection or through manual reporting via the Internet. We can offer you one of the sector’s best energy control programs, i.e. ENERGY-KEY.

We examine your refrigeration plant with a view to optimisation and enhancement of operation. It is almost always possible to find areas where noticeable savings can be made in this type of plant. It can be of benefit to convert many plants so they actually become profitable.

We assess the atmospheric (odour nuisance) and thermal (thermal loads) indoor climate with a view to boosting comfort and reducing energy consumption. Optimisation of this type of plant may often be undertaken for relatively little expense.

We systematically survey the day-to-day running of boiler plants and heat distribution systems, but we also assess opportunities for further optimisation through conversion to a different type of fuel.

We perform statutory inspections of pressure vessels in accordance with the pressure vessel administrative order. When you sign an agreement with us we ensure that you observe statutory intervals.

We perform thermal photographing of all building installations, electric panels and heat emitting components. In addition, you can requisition this service ad hoc if you have leaky heating ducts in floor structures. 

Not all services can be defined in advance, but during the course of a year needs for advice within many of the services in the concept can arise, and then it may be more convenient for you to sign a framework agreement which is specified in more detail from year to year.
