FORCE Technology provides consultancy services in connection with functional enhancements to existing plants and the planning and installation of new plants.

Prior to initiating a plant project it is important to calculate the engineering and financial consequences of setting up the new plant in question and to reasonably assess the various alternatives available.

FORCE Technology carries out such current situation analyses relative to process and functional improvements, energy saving initiatives and environmental improvements.

Our reports include clear opinions about the consequences of implementing a specific project, including: statutory requirements, plant and operating finances, energy consumption, environmental impact and indoor climate/work environment. 

FORCE Technology provides building development consultancy in connection with tenders for turnkey contracts for building installations, energy generating plants, incineration plants, environmental installations and industrial plants.

During the planning phase FORCE Technology assists developers to specify functional requirements and materials and quality requirements related to the plant for which tenders are invited.

During the construction and handover phase we check that the plant provided satisfies the tender requirements. It is our experience that plant quality levels are primarily determined during the contract phase and the handover phase.

FORCE Technology has broad experience relative to the signing of national and international contracts and the performance of handover tests. 

FORCE Technology undertakes planning of both building installations and industrial installations, including steam and hot water plants, ventilation plants, central heating plants and refrigeration plants.

Planning services may be provided as an overall tender basis based on functional descriptions and as detailed tender documents, where all components are specified. Drawings are prepared on CAD installations that are constantly updated. 

FORCE Technology undertakes planning, calculation and documentation of pipe systems. We have advanced software at our disposal both for hydraulic analyses of distance heating systems and for statistical and dynamic stress calculations for pipes and bearings.

Hydraulic analysis of distance heating systems is used as a basis for plant dimensioning when the number of customers connected increases and for better exploitation of the network.

Stress analyses of existing pipe installations can be used for locating faults and for preventing interruptions to operations. 

When technical installations are subject to faults or breakdowns, there is often a need for assessing the cause of the fault and assessing the measures which need to be undertaken to remedy them. At the same it is important to estimate the financial consequences of rectifying the fault.

FORCE Technology has broad experience with breakdown examinations, inspections and estimates relative to energy generating plants, incineration plants and heat and steam pipe installations.

When contracts are terminated FORCE Technology can provide status reports which document the status of the contract as a percentage of the contract sum and in cash terms.

FORCE Technology has broad experience in assessing the condition of buildings, including the assessment of the climate shield and concrete structures and corrosion in piping installations. Based on building surveys and analyses we put forward prioritised action plans for renovation and maintenance.
