On the basis of many years of experience in automated inspection technology both offshore and from nuclear power plants, we have further developed our automated equipment for the purpose of non-destructive testing of constructions under water.
We combine the advantages of the well-known and widespread ROV-technology (Remote Operated Vehicle) with our own technology within automated inspection.
Today we are able to carry out inspections with standard equipment down to a depth of 400 metres, but in the near future we will be able to deliver equipment that can reach depths of 2.000 to 3.000 metres.
We have a broad experience and competence within inspection of sub-sea constructions including development of unique solutions for maintenance and control inspections, primarily concerning corrosion measurements and testing of weld seams.
We can guide you through all phases of a project:
- Development of equipment
- Development of procedures and documentation
- Inspection and reporting.
We use the following methods for sub sea inspection:
- Ultrasound inspection
- Eddy current inspection (often combined with ultrasound inspection)
- Visual inspections
- General Visual Inspection (GVI)
- Close Visual Inspection (CVI)
- Replica.
